Welcome to Rare Juniors. By accessing or purchasing from rarejuniors.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

Rare Juniors ("we", "us", "our") operates this website and sells children's apparel. By using this site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We accept prepaid payments (UPI, cards, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

5. Shipping

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines provided at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery. All products on our website are eligible — including items shown at a discounted (sale) price. The key terms are:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for a size/fit issue, a wrong item, or a defective item (we do not accept change-of-mind returns).
  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only – we do not refund to the original payment method.
  • A ₹100 reverse-shipping charge is deducted from the store credit for returns. A ₹50 charge applies to exchange shipments, and only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • If an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or lost in transit (our fault), you receive full-value store credit with no deduction. A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process such claims.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
  • You can raise a return or exchange through our self-serve Returns & Exchanges portal (Return Prime), or by contacting us on email/WhatsApp. Please report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site – including images, logos, text, and designs – is the property of Rare Juniors and may not be reproduced or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Rare Juniors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
