Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. All products on our website are eligible — including items shown at a discounted (sale) price.

How to request: Start your request from our self-serve Returns & Exchanges portal (Return Prime) — or contact us at team@rarejuniors.com or WhatsApp +91 88280 27546.

Exchanges

  • 7-day exchange window from delivery, for a size or fit issue, a wrong item, or a defective item.
  • A ₹50 shipping charge applies to the exchange shipment.
  • One exchange per order, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit instead.

Returns (store credit only)

  • 7-day return window from delivery.
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit only (a coupon code valid 30 days, usable only on our website). We do not refund to your original payment method.
  • A ₹100 reverse-shipping charge is deducted from the store credit.

Damaged, wrong or lost items (our fault)

  • You receive full-value store credit with no deduction.
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all such claims.
  • Please report damaged or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and unworn, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
