These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rarejuniors.com and any purchase you make from Rare Juniors, a brand of Ronak Exports (Proprietorship), registered at A-Z Industrial Estate, Ganpatrao Kadam Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400013. GSTIN: 27AACPB4345BIZE.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this website. By ordering, you represent that you are an adult making purchases on behalf of a minor (if applicable).

2. Products & Pricing

All products are children’s clothing for ages 1–14 years.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST).
Product images are representative. Slight colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of order placement applies to your order.
Country of origin: India. All products are manufactured in India.

3. Orders & Payment

Prepaid orders: UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India. Payment is collected by the courier at delivery. A COD order’s payment status shows as “pending” until delivery — this is normal and does not indicate a problem.
An order confirmation email is sent upon successful placement. This does not guarantee acceptance — in rare cases (stock error, pricing error), we may cancel and notify you with a full refund.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Contact us at team@rarejuniors.com or WhatsApp +91 88280 27546 and we will process the cancellation immediately.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund to the original payment method will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery per our Return Policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Tracking details are shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once shipped.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for size/fit issues, wrong item, or defective item.
Approved returns are issued as store credit (a coupon code valid 30 days, redeemable on rarejuniors.com). A ₹100 reverse-shipping charge is deducted.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items (our fault): full-value store credit with no deduction. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method for a genuinely defective product, please contact us — we will honour this in line with your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging intact.
A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage/wrong-item claims.
Report defective or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery.

7. Exchanges

7-day exchange window from delivery for size/fit, wrong item, or defective item.
One exchange per order, subject to stock availability. A ₹50 shipping charge applies.
Start an exchange at our Returns & Exchanges portal.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on rarejuniors.com — including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs — is the property of Ronak Exports and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:
