Return & Refund Policy

We follow a store-credit-only return and exchange policy. We do not refund to the original payment method. All products on our website are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery — including items shown at a discounted (sale) price.

Returns (store credit only)

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Returns are accepted for a size or fit issue, a wrong item received, or a defective item received.
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit (a coupon code valid 30 days, usable only on our official website). We do not refund to the original payment method.
  • A ₹100 reverse-shipping charge is deducted from the store credit on every return.

Exchanges

  • 7-day exchange window for a size or fit issue, wrong item, or defective item.
  • A ₹50 shipping charge applies for the exchange shipment.
  • One exchange per order, subject to stock availability.

Damaged, wrong or lost items (our fault)

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, or your order is lost in transit, you receive full-value store credit with no deduction.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims — no exceptions.

Eligibility

  • Item must be unused and unworn, with original tags intact and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Please report damaged or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Store credit

Store credit is issued as a coupon code, valid for 30 days, redeemable only on our official website.
